Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Terms") govern your access to and use of digital products and services ("Services") include, but are not limited to, web applications, tools, tokens, and any other software or content delivered electronically offered through websites (includes "www.bepipe.com"), mobile applications, desktop applications, any other electronic formats and any other electronic platforms offered by Vinayak Patel ("Seller"). You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access and use the digital products and services. You agree to be bound by these terms of service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, access or use the Services.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing, accessing or using Services. 

You agree to pay all fees and charges that you incur for accessing or using the Services as specified on the Seller's website or invoice at the time of purchase. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable and non-cancellable unless otherwise stated in writing by Seller. Seller reserves the right to change the fees and charges for the Services at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or charges that may apply to your purchase or use of the Services.

By purchasing Services, you agree to be bound by this policy.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Seller does not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or compatible with your software or hardware. You acknowledge that you have relied on your own judgment in selecting and purchasing the Services and that you bear the entire risk of using the Services.

Seller will deliver the Services to you electronically via email or download link within a reasonable time after receiving your payment. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary software and hardware to access and use the Services. Seller is not liable for any delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond Seller's control.

Seller may provide you with technical support and updates for the Services at Seller's sole discretion and subject to availability. Seller does not guarantee that the Services will be compatible with any future updates or versions of your software or hardware. You agree that Seller may collect and use technical data and related information about your use of the Services to improve the Services or provide support and updates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Seller be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, Seller's total liability to you under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seller and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), or demands arising out of or in connection with (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Services; (c) your violation of any law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

Seller may terminate these Terms and your license to use the Services at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms or if Seller ceases to offer the Services for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease using the Services and delete all copies of them from your devices.

Seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. You are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the digital products and services offered by Seller.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Seller regarding your use of Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications or agreements. No waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
